1. Data We Collect

This EFB application retrieves your pilot data exclusively through the official VAMSYS Pilot API, including your full name, email address, virtual pilot ID, flight bookings, PIREP records, pilot profile stats, and linked simulation network accounts (VATSIM/IVAO). No extra personal information is collected manually by this website.

2. How We Use Your Data

All retrieved data is only used for virtual airline flight operation functions inside this EFB: viewing flight schedules, dispatch flights, submitting post-flight PIREPs, checking personal flight logbooks, and updating your pilot preferences. Your flight data will never be sold, shared, or distributed to any third-party individuals or services outside Hispafly virtual airline staff.

3. Local Device Storage

EFB stores temporary flight schedule cache and your secure API access token on your mobile browser's local storage. All sensitive tokens only exist on your personal device, and will be cleared once you log out of the EFB. No private pilot data is uploaded to external servers without your explicit VAMSYS authorization.

4. Your Data Control Rights

You may fully revoke API access authorization for this EFB client at any time via your personal VAMSYS account settings page. Once revoked, this EFB can no longer read or edit any of your pilot or flight data.
