Privacy Policy for Hispafly EFB

1. Data We Collect

This EFB retrieves pilot identity, permissions, PROGRAMACIÓN assignments, aircraft, OFP, ACARS and PIREP data exclusively from HISPAFLY AOC. Historical imported records may retain their original reference for audit purposes, but EFB never contacts that legacy provider.

2. How We Use Your Data

All retrieved data is only used for virtual airline flight operation functions inside this EFB: viewing flight schedules, dispatch flights, submitting post-flight PIREPs, checking personal flight logbooks, and updating your pilot preferences. Your flight data will never be sold, shared, or distributed to any third-party individuals or services outside Hispafly virtual airline staff.

3. Local Device Storage

Authentication uses a secure, HTTP-only HISPAFLY AOC session cookie. EFB does not store access tokens in browser local storage. Local preferences remain on your device unless an AOC synchronization feature explicitly states otherwise.

4. Your Data Control Rights

You can end EFB access by signing out. HISPAFLY AOC administrators can revoke sessions and manage pilot permissions centrally.
