HISPAFLY EFB Intellectual Property Notice

HISPAFLY EFB is provided for authorized HISPAFLY virtual airline operational use. Access to the application does not transfer ownership of any design, software, operational workflow, data model, or brand asset.
1. Protected Materials
Unless otherwise stated, the HISPAFLY EFB interface, visual layout, screen structure, styling, navigation patterns, original source code, compiled behavior, operational features, documentation, original data organization, and branded assets are proprietary materials of HISPAFLY and/or their respective authors or contributors.
2. Permitted Use
Authorized pilots and staff may use HISPAFLY EFB only for normal virtual airline operations, training, dispatch, flight planning, flight monitoring, reporting, and related internal activities. This permission is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and does not grant any right to copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, publish, or create derivative products from the EFB.
3. Restrictions
- Do not reproduce, clone, reskin, or redistribute the EFB UI, features, workflows, source code, or visual design without written authorization.
- Do not remove, obscure, or alter copyright, authorship, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property notices.
- Do not use HISPAFLY names, logos, callsigns, brand elements, or aircraft/operational presentation in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership without permission.
- Do not extract, scrape, publish, or commercialize EFB data, route structures, pilot information, or operational displays outside authorized HISPAFLY use.
4. Third-Party Services and Open Source Components
HISPAFLY EFB may connect to or display information from third-party platforms and services, including aviation network, dispatch, weather, map, and authentication providers. Those services, APIs, trademarks, data, and software components remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own terms and licenses.
Where open source or third-party code is included, its original license remains in effect. This notice does not override any applicable open source license, including components that may be distributed under licenses such as the GNU General Public License.
5. No Implied License
No license or right is granted by implication, estoppel, access credentials, repository visibility, screenshots, demonstrations, or operational use. Any use beyond authorized HISPAFLY EFB access requires prior written permission.
